Assuming you are asking for ECE so to get admission in lower or average NITs, you will have to get approx 150-180 and if you wish to get seat in top NITs then you will have to get 200-250. Also, to check Jee main 2017 cut off you can go through the below link -

You need to score more then 125 marks in JEE Main under general category other state quota to get NITs. Cut off marks vary according to the branches.
