You will have to pass their exams like Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) exam or Railway Recruitment board (RRB) exams and other railway entrance exams.

There are many core jobs for ECE in PSU, IES and Telecomm engineers.For getting a job in PSU, u need to clear GATE with flying colors. To getting a IES job u need to give the IES UPSC Examination(Pretty tough)
