I got 58.33 marks IN GATE 2019 ECE BRANCH.

Hello,
Though the cutoff changes every year depending on various factors but according to previous years cutoff records your chances are quite decent to get into PSUs. Some of the PSUs where you might get are:
AAI- cutoff marks- 50 (2018)NTPC- cutoff marks- 46.67 (2018)BBNL- 61.93IOCL- 52.48 (2016)PowerGrid- 63 DMRC- 55.50
