The number of pwd students are generally around 6000 to 12000 every year.
But pinpointing the exact number is some what difficult, because some times the data is released but some times data is not released.

The students of pwd category that appeared recently in jee mains was as given below :-

GEN PWD - 5696

GEN EWS PWD- 490

OBC NCL PWD - 3307

SC PWD - 1807

ST PWD - 919

So, you can see near about 12200, students appeared from a total of pwd category in 2019. And in 2020 due to covid-19, some what lies students appeared due to which the data falls upto nearly about 8000.
