Hello dear aspirant,

There is no such scholarship exam attached to jee which can be beneficial to you in this regard.But once admitted in any Iit or Nit there are certain NGOs which provide free scholarship to the underprivileged students once their all criteria about student's profile is checked .

There is no combined exam type of thing for IIT JEE coaching. But yes very good coaching institute like Allen, resonance etc organise some tests time to time. On the basis of your score in those tests they provide you scholarships.
