Hello,
You can apply for SAT or GRE and have to perform very good to get admission into the respective universities of the above mentioned entrance exams.
After that you will be eligible to get scholarship in the university exams...

SAT or ACT is the entrance examination conducted for admissions in undergraduate programmes abroad. 
 
Scholastic Aptitude Test(SAT) is widely accepted over colleges of 175 countries. For more information, visit SAT TEST.
 
American College Test accepted by American institutions and various other countries. For more information, visit ACT TEST
 
For the scholarship to Indian students, either you have to appear for language exams like IELTSTOEFL or any other. Also, the scholarship procedure totally depends upon the college in which you are seeking admission.

Mostly are TOEFL then GRE can help you securing a good university and then after you can go for university schlorships.
