Their is not mtech coarse after bds, Mtech is a master engineering degree which student do after btech their are many branches in mtech but their no coarse after bds
After bds their are many other coarses like

.clinical research
.Forensic odonology
.Public health
.Dentition

And their are many other good coarses, which you can do after bds..
