Dear candidate, the seven characteristics of conversation are:

Respect everyone : Encourage others to speak. Take the conversation seriously and disrespect politely.

Stay Prepared: Prepare for conversations about shared reading by generating questions, making notes, and marking passages. Show your participation in conversation.

Active Listener : Listen more and speak less.

Inquire and Probe : Ask questions openly. It will show others you are showing interest.

Speak clearly: Express your views about something in open and simple manner, so that it is easy for others to understand.

Check Understanding : Understand the meaning of conversation. Communicate your inner self and how thoughts have changed.

Self Control: Do not speak continuously, give others also time to speak.
