BA and BBA are altogether very different fields. It wont be appropriate to compare them both as they lead towards different career paths.
BBA is a commerce field mainly involving accounts and stats. It is the precursor of MBA.
Whereas BA (eng) allows you to study the english literature and orients you towards the literature and arts. You can become a professor after completing your PG i.e. MA or work with some MNC related to publications or editoring etc.
