This answer is given considering you are asking about DU LLB and the timing of counselling along with its course fee. As per the notice released by University of Delhi, the timing of second round of counselling is from 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM from July 31 to August 2, 2018. Though the course fee isnt given in exact numbers anywhere on DU PG Admission portal, it is a reasonable amount ranging under 9k per year.
