There are many barriers but we shall enlist few of them.

• Choice of words: This is important because no 2 people have the same Emotional and Intelligent Quotients. And so when you are talking to a person, you should make sure you do not use jargons and keep the language and choice of words as simple as possible.
• Emotional Barriers: All the people involved in a communication should be in a calm and composed state before initiating a dialogue. Or else, it might lead to distractions and ineffective communication
• Ineffective listening or just hearing: If you do not pay attention to what the other person might be saying, the communication might be not effective as you would not know how to respond effectively to the other person.
• Physical barriers like sounds, surroundings, etc also might act as barriers to effective communication.
