M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Geology, Human Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Geophysics, Materials Science or Environmental Science are eligible for KVPY fellowship of Rs.5000/month upto 3year and 7000/months for next 2 years of M.Sc with contingency grant of Rs.28000/-.
There are varities of books available for preparation of KVPY but it depends upon subject you chosen like PCM/PCB. According to survey of many students books for KVPY preparation are as same as JEE Mains/Advanced or NEET preparation.
