it pretty much depends on whether you are studying by yourself or you are taking coaching that some standard institution and if you are into Aakash or Allen then the study material they give you are well just read out from standard books and it should be sufficient unless of course you are studying yourself then I would advise you HC Verma and SL Arora for physics, op Agarwal and op Tandon for chemistry and Truman as well as Dinesh for biology with good practice from the Arihant series in physics, Dinesh and Pradeep in chemistry and biology to help yourself in the NEET UG examination
