Firstly, you should refer NCERT and be thorough with them. Then, you can refer the standard reference books for solving the AIIMS level questions.

For Physics- Universal Errorless is the best..
Make sure you focus on keeping your basics + concepts clear.. because if you're clear with it.. Then you can solve any type of question.
Make a separate book for formulae and revise regularly. Try to solve maximum MCQs.. coz the more you'll solve.. the more confidence you'll gain thus answering it correctly. Hope you're getting my point.!

For Chemistry- NCERT first and then you can refer Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd for organic chemistry, Modern's ABC of Chemistry for class 11-12.

For Biology- NCERT is highly important. Read it atleast 3 times before exam. Truemans Biology volume 1-2 is best for studying biology in detail.
Try to make keyword type notes.. as it'll be easy for quick revision and will also help you till the end.
