Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as these books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information.
BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ENTRANCE YOU ARE NOT DOING PhD so dont go by all books mentioned here and there
KEEP NCERT + ONE REFERNCE BOOK + MAXIMUM MCQS PRACTICE = Medical SEAT Apart from this, you can add upon it by following books

Physics -
Concept of physics by H C Verma
Fundamental of Physic by Pradeep

You should start your preparation from NCERT books to work on your basics and to make your fundamental strong. 

Syllabus is based on NCERT books only. There are chances that you can get direct questions from NCERT in your NEET exam.

Make sure you solve all the exercises which are given at the end of the chapters. You can also solve NCERT exemplar.
