Dear Swadesh,

There will be only three entrance exam for medical- NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.

There will no state level exam they will consider NEET score and counselling will be held seperately.

In order to score good marks in your NEET exam you can start your preparation through NCERT exam. Exercises which are given at the end of the topics are also very important. 

You can also solve NCERT Exemplar.

It is recommended to solve previous year papers as well to to know the exam pattern and to know the level of the exam.
