Yes there a number of good colleges/universities  for pursuing admissions in Bachelors's in economics honours in india . You can get a number of good colleges in the range of 85-90% . Most of the colleges are top notch and you would require to have above 95 percent atleast of best of four aggreagte uncluding maths and english and other 2 subjects in which you scored the highest in your class 12th boards examinations.
