After completing Your Graduation in Physics you can go for researcher, teacher etc. You can aslo apply for Lab assistant but  If you want to get better opportunities in future then only Graduation is not enough I would suggets you to go for further studies. If you are passionate about the subject and aims to build a career on Physics only then go for M.Sc. as per your interest.
