Ncert for all three subjects Arihant for physics . Pradeep for chemistry, True men for biology. This will be sufficient for cracking any exam .

For physics :- arihant errorless , GRB , HC verma ( only when one of the books mentioned before is completed ).
For chemistry :- arihant , GRB are nice books
For bio :- for reading Trueman's and for questions GRB and dinesh

NCERT NCERT and NCERT......... First reading each and every corner of the NCERT textbook. Regarding AIIMS they have special MCQ called as Assertion and Reasoning.
