Now whichever field you choose for, will give you endless possibilities of upcoming companies that you can appear for, after your 2 year PGDM program at an IIM.
At the starting they generally offer you management trainee roles in organisations and after a short training period you enter the management roles. Many times people switch horizontally between their domains like Marketing people going to HR roles after some workex etc.
There are also other opportunities where you can be an entrepreneur and open something of your own.
Diploma from an IIM gives you endless opportunities because once you come out of the college alot of companies would require your expertise to solve problems and work for them.
