Hello Aspirant,

To become a CB CID officer, the candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized college/university are eligible to apply for CID examination. The age of candidate should be in between 21 to 32 years, for OBC it is 35 years and for SC/ST it is 37 years.

Also, the candidate must be an Indian citizen and should be physically fit.

With this eligibility you have to appear for Civil Services Examination. The selection will depend on the performance in the examination followed by personal interview and physical test.
