As per the Kerala Pharmacy council a candidate must have some important copies in hand.

List of the documents are as follows:-

1) They should qualify the 10+2 examinations from any recognized institution and have its true documents. They must have 50% on their board. They must biology, chemistry and mathematics in their course.

2) A pass in d pharm course institution approved by the pharmacy council.

3) Pre degree /plus degree certificate attested by gazette officer.

4) SSLC certificate attested by gazette officer.

5) Traing certificates for diploma holders.
