The mop up round is for vacant, unfilled seats from Deemed/Central Universities under All India Counselling and unfilled seats from State Counselling. Though there as many as 250 seats left, all these seats have to be distributed across all Categories again. And if that is the case, a seat in a GMC might be tad difficult even with OBC reservation. In 2018, 511 was the cut off for OBC Category under State Quota. But cut offs change every year and this year the cut offs have been way too higher. So you are quite on the edge.
