The mop up round is for vacant, unfilled seats from Deemed/Central Universities under All India Counselling and unfilled seats from State Counselling. In 2018, 511 was the cut off for OBC Category under State Quota. But cut offs change every year and this year the cut offs have been way too higher. So you are quite on the edge.
