It solely depends upon the students level of preparation .If you have prepared well and worked enough for the exam you would surely succeed .It doesn't matter if you have a reservation or not . I would suggest you to focus on your preparation rather then number of seats or as such topics which might distract you .

Coming to your question basically there are no chances for a job in RBI without any exam you have to give the exam which conducted by the RBI either for the officer or the clerk post and you have to give your best in that exam to get into RBI.
