Yes you can get a seat in all India based upon your scores as the cutoff varies every year from state to state and college to college.
If you are planning for a seat in Rajasthan it might get a little tough as the cutoff for Rajasthan goes quite high as compared to the other states as compared to the previous year Cutoff.
