you can offcourse write the jee exam which get you there a seat if you qualify and geet good marks or ranks in that examination. already the jee application form has been released and the exam date are also fixed for the first week of january. i think you might have applied for it,if you havent you also have a chance on the month of april thats  the 2nd jee of this year

in fact you do not actually requre very good percentile for gettting admission, a percentile of abut 90 above can get you a seat at nit. also you can attemp for jee paper 2 thats for the arcchitectute , which also have seat in nits

A little hard work will get you a seat in top NITs of India. You are a pwd candidate, so you have already qualified in JEE mains if you give the exam. Almost every single PWD candidate who gives JEE mains, qualifies for it. So, all you need to do is give the exam.

Now for getting a seat in an NIT college, you need to score around 60-80 in total out of 300. For a seat in a good branch of a renowned NIT you should score around 90-100 marks. If you score such marks, you will be eligible to be apart of topmost NITs of India.
