counselling for NEET 2019 has already begun for admission in various government and other medical colleges. 

I will suggest you to register for counselling and see if there is a chance for you to get a seat. The cut offs for various colleges will be out soon. Your score is fine and you do have a chance to get a seat with your state ranking. Hope for the best. Good Luck!
