    There are many courses which has better scope after Bipc in intermediate. So, the major one is MBBS which has the highest scope after this intermediate. To get admission in top MBBS colleges you have to appear for some competitive exams such as AIMS, NEET, etc.., If not this course, then you can very well pursue Bachelors in other courses such as BDS, B.Sc, etc.., These Courses will also have better scope in future when seen in government and private sectors as well.
