Which one is best Government sector or Private sector ?? Why most India give more important govt sector

Hi Ashutosh,
I feel the government sector is better because there is job security plus you are provided with all the allowances and amenities by the employer. The private sector also provides with facilities but only o experienced workers; very fewer companies provide all amenities to the freshers.
