If you have Interest in Physics then you can go for various options after your 12th:

Simple Bsc in Physics: After Bsc you can opt for Msc from IIT's (by qualifying JAM) and then you can go for Phd. There are various options available after Msc too.

Btech: You can choose Engineering fields like Mechanical, Aeronautical.
