Step 1: In order to make a career as Human Resource Manager one must complete his or her 10+2 with minimum 50 per cent marks. One must complete his 10+2 from any stream.

Step 2: Several colleges conduct entrance exams before taking student admission. In order to be eligible to sit for the entrance exam and make a career as Human Resource Manager, students must complete their 10+2 with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.
