It totally depends on the college which you choose, like if you are getting an opportunity from the top college from abroad its best to do it from there but if you wish to do it from India then try to fetch calls from top colleges like IIMs.

PGD/PGP is a full term two year(24 months ) programme. for that , you need to have a three year undergraduate degree, and an advanced level of english. other GPA cut off depends on the colleges you apply for.
