Hello Narendra,

The documents that you have to take with you in NEET exams are aa follows:-

NEET 2019 Admit Card along with passport size photograph affixed on it.
Candidates need to carry Aadhaar Card to examination hall for verification purpose.
You should also carry multiple passport size photograph along with above-mentioned documents.
