For getting admission in medical colleges you need to carry your 10th Pass Certificate or Marksheet along with other important documents like exam's admit card, provisional allotment letter, rank letter, class 12th pass certificate or marksheet. They don't always ask for Class 10th Admit Card. But 10th Pass Certificate or Marksheet is a mandatory one.
