Hello Rumais,

Marks of 10th and 12th will be required to fill Jipmer form. Also one recent passport size color photograph along with signature of candidate will have to be uploaded while filling the form.

Signature - on white paper with black ball pen. Size should be between 20kb to 200kb. Dimension - 30×45 mm

Photograph - Recent passport size color photograph with date and name of candidate mentioned on it. Size - 20kb to 200kb. Dimension - 80×35mm
