As far as counselling is concerned since it is online allotment (Online Counseling) process, no documents will be required for participating in online allotment process.

Original document for admission to  Medical / Dental courses for admission to seats on state merit  required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below.

(i) Admit Card

. (ii) Result/ Rank letter

. (iii) High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth.

iv Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proof (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the Information Bulletin  i.e PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card). 

v)The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable : (a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the prospectus) and should be in English or Hindi language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. (b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus. (c) Orthopedic Physical Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Boards. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities / Hospital will be entertained.

Candidates without original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/ Dental College. Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institutes/ Colleges/Universities and come for admission with a certificate stating that "their original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.

For getting admission in medical College you need to carry following documents-
1) neet admit card
2) neet rank letter
3) date of birth proof
4) class 10th pass certificate
5) class 12th pass certificate
6) class 12 the marksheet
7) 8 passport size photos,it should be same as the one used in application
8) provisional allotment letter
9)  proof of identity
10)  reserved candidate should carry proof of the same ,issued by autbority
