you will be requiring follwoing documents at the time of neet counselling 

• admit card
• neet result rank letter 
• class 10th and 12th certificate 
• class 12th maksheet
• caste certificate 
• proof of indentity( any id) 
• 8 passport size photographs
• provisional allotment letter generated online

at the time of admission in medical college you will also be required to submit migration certificate, character certificate and TC given by you school.
