Now the list of documents that are required at the time of admission are:
- Your NEET marksheet
- NEET admit card
- 10th class marksheet+certificate
- 12th marsksheet+certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate
- Character certificate
- Domicile certificate (in case of state counseling)
- Income certificate of your parents.
- Gap- year affidavit ( in case if you have taken a drop after 12th)
- Your original ID
- Bonds ( differ according to states)
- Passport size photographs- Minimum 30
- One Post Card size photograph.
- Birth certificate
- Identification proof.

List of documents required for MBBS counselling:
admit card.
class 10 passing certificate (for showing date of birth)
class 12 mark sheet.
migration certificate.
caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)) as per conditions laid down in prospectus.
certificate of PwBD (if applicable)
passport size photographs (06)
