At first you need to do the registration, pay the registration fee then after a interval you will be allowed to upload the documents and for for the counselling of HBTU you need the documents given below.

• Aadhar card
• JEE main Rank Card
• Admit Card
• Fee payment slip
• 10 marksheet
• 12th marksheet
• Medical certificate
• Character certificate
• Transfer certificate
• anti ragging certificate
• Parent’s Domicile (for students who have passed qualifying examination from outside UP)
• Gap certificate (if there is gap after passing of your 12th)
• 05 passport size photo

And also carry the self-attested 2 photo copies of each document.
