3. Class 10 passing certificate (Date of birth proof)

4. Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet

5. Category Certificate (if applicable)

6. Residential Certificate

7. Migration Certificate (for Candidates of Other Universities/ Boards)

8. Character Certificate (issued by the Principal of the College/ School last attended)

9. Two recent passport sized photographs attested by the Principal of College/ School last attended
