the documents needed for counselling are as follows:

• Application Form print out
• Bank Challan copy
• NEET 2019 Admit Card
• Secondary School Certificate
• 2nd PUC or Class 12 mark sheet
• Two passport size recent photograph
• Study certificate attested by Block Education Officer (BEO) or Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) (depending on the candidates' eligibility clause).
