Hello Anubhav,  I think you are taking about AIQ NEET 2019 counselling. So below are the documents you have to carry for counselling 

NEET admit card

NEET score card

ID proof

10 th marksheet and certificate 

12 th marksheet and certificate 

Passport size photograph 

Allotment letter 

Cast certificate 

PWD certificate (if applicable) 

You have to carry original certificates and also xerox copy of all certificates.
