Part-time MBA is one option that one can look after for flexibility in timings. However this doesn't at all mean that you can take classes as per your discretion and timings. You will have to devote certain fixed amount of time but after your work hours. Looking into certain drawbacks firstly, there are only few institutes which provide part time MBA,  which means you might not be able choose an institute of your choice. Also there are certain courses which might not be offered either due to time constraints or lack of resources.
