JNNCE provides ample facilities to the students, college staff and faculty members. The JNNCE has a boys' and a girls' dormitory, a library, a sports facility, a fitness centre, a transportation hub, a canteen, a guest house, a bank, an auditorium, labs, etc. Both male and female students can live in the college's dorms. A wide variety of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, etc. are available at the library. The JNNCE sports department offers both indoor and outdoor games. There is also a gym facility provided. On campus, there are other JNNCE facilities such as a hospital, bank, post office, etc.
