fees structure is different according to scheme wise, there is two type of graduate course available,

Government-subsidised graduate programmes

Self-funded graduate coursework programmes

international students who are studying under government subsidised program are eligible to apply for SO scheme , who under so scheme get tuition fees waiver, you must have excellent academic record, need to enroll in any of the masters program, must not received any other government aided scholarships.

fees generally differs with course wise, and it depends on whether you want to study part time or full time. there is many scholarships available around 1000-3000 singapore dollar per month , some of the scholarships schemes are  Common Wealth Scholarship, NUS Research scholarship, Lee Kong Chian Scholarships and others. you may follow the below link to know in details,
