The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has authorized the two-year, full-time undergraduate Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program, which is taught at Vivekananda Kendra College of Teacher Education in Nirjuli. Applicants may apply to the program if they have at least 50% of the required points in any of the following: a bachelor's degree with a concentration in science and mathematics, a master's degree in the social sciences or humanities, a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology with a minimum of 55% of the required points, or any other qualification that is comparable.
