A metallurgical and material engineering graduates can go for various metal based company like TATA Iron and Steel Company. There are many process related to metal extraction and there are many active companies who look for such graduates.

Second option is you can be hired by PSUs for various posts like DRDO, ISRO, JWM(Metallurgy),  BIS etc.

You can go for higher studies too as many students do and you can do some higher degree and it will open your path to become a researcher and proffessor in some colleges or at any good organization like DRDO and ISRO etc.
