Hii Bharat Kumar

B.voc is Bachelor in vocational studies. This is a emerging field in our country. It helps individuals to acquire skills in any particular domain. This is a application based study rather than theoretical. This field has a very limited career option. The average annual income lies in between 2 to 4 Lakh.

meanwhile engineering in Information and technology is already a established one. In India IT is a booming industry. it has a better career scope in the field of computers. Its average salary depends upon the skill of the candidate. So while comparing the both engineering in IT is best option according to me.

Engineering in IT will be better if you do it from a good college while b.voc is for teaching training and technical training program. But if you want to pursue b.voc you can go for it as it is also a very good course and one can get 3-10 lac package after successful completion of the course. The best colleges for this course are B.voc in Maharashtra and in delhi-ncr. If you have interpersonal skills, ability to integrate and apply knowledge and you can do field work than you should go for B.vocational studies.

Hii aspirant

Under the MHRD ministry and PSSCIVE the new courses of b. Voc were started in some college in different streams like

Automobile

Travel and tourism

Retail management

Security and many more

These courses are initiated to make a student employable I.e to impart employability skills

It is based more on practicals rather than theoretical

A student can also eligible to 1000 rs per month kaushal vikas Bhatta in some states on pursuing these courses

These courses are good idea with very bad management by government it has industry visits, guest lectures by resource person from industry the trainers are working very hard to impart skills but due to lack of infrastructure and resources and very poor project management these courses are not able to meet their objectives

They are visionary but nowadays nowhere near to engineering as implementation and study material is also not appropriate

It can not get you a job like a engineering degree can  and nor you will able to excel in your career

So let government get clarity over what are the objectives for these courses and how to effectively implement them and then only it will be a good career choice
