Hi pal,
There is no college which offers free Education,but you if you may get scholarship then you have chances for free studies or if you qualify the repestive exams of Universities in top merit then they can offer you free education,or you can also get education education lone if you need, on behalf on universities.such as amity university have on campus loan facility.
Exams like KVPY provide you monthly stipent if you got selected.there are some scholarships like inspire which can provide you 5000-6000 per month.
