The incentives provided by call centres for any shift be it day or night varies from the company to company or centre to centre. It is different for different companies. The incentive is usually on the hour basis but sometimes there is fixed stipend you get for working there. Some centres offer high incentives while others offer low so it totally depends on the place you're working from. If you have any place in mind, you can reply me and I'll let you know about that.
